...Good morning and welcome to the 97th Annual Meeting of General Mills' Shareholders. I'm Jeff Harmening, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. It's 8:30 AM. We have a quorum. All official papers are on file, and the Inspector of Election has been appointed. So I'll call this meeting to order. Before I get to the business update, I would like to take a few minutes to introduce some of the people who are attending this meeting.
