Question: Andrew Nussy - KBC Peel Hunt Ltd - Analyst : Andrew Nussey from Peel Hunt. A couple of questions if I may. Firstly, if we look at Northgate, UK&Ireland and the 7.7% average VOH reduction, if we strip out acquisitions, what would that look like? And with that figure, do you feel you've been able to maintain market share, or do you think you've been able to gain market share? You obviously specifically reference Spain but not the UK in terms of share. Also, within that figure, what I would imagine there's probably a higher level of customer churn in there. Has that impacted the underlying mix of the business and your ability to develop it moving forward? Secondly, on the Spain margin, obviously you expect it to normalize perhaps more slowly now, what do you think are the reasons behind that normalization? Is it capturing inflation, is it competition or any other impact?

Question: Andrew Nussy - KBC Peel Hunt Ltd - Analyst : Can I just jump in on that mix point, and therefore utilization, should the 91% in the UK currently be seen as a better level, or more expected level, moving forward? Or as the capacity begins to freeze up in the workshop, is it going to be back to 92 or 93?
