My first question is on franchisee profitability. Can you give us some indication of whether and how much, if it's true, second half of '24 was higher than first half? Because if I look at your commentary around ANZ being up and then Japan much stronger in the second half, Benelux much stronger in the fourth quarter, France much stronger in second half, it seems to imply you exited with a much stronger run rate.
