For this morning's presentation, I'll cover some group highlights for the year and some comments on the company's strong long-term prospects. I'll then hand over to James who will take us through the financial and operational performance in more detail. And then I'll comment on the general market environment and the progress we have made in delivering an organic growth strategy. In 2024, the group marked its 50th anniversary as a listed company on the London Stock Exchange with another year of positive performance.
