So firstly, can I just ask some progress on pricing initiatives across the group? So where are you at now across the different divisions in terms of being able to put through price increases? And then from that, do you have a view today on what you're expecting for pricing and the gross margin, FY24? I'll go one at a time. Question: Calum Battersby - Berenberg - Analyst : Just for the overall, do you have a view on pricing being plus 2%, plus 3% next year? Do you think the gross margin will be flat or kind of decline slightly again?

Question: Calum Battersby - Berenberg - Analyst : Got it, thank you. And then second, given commentary on some of the markets, it sounds as if there'll be a slight H2 waiting to profits next year. Do you have any approximate guidance for the H1, H2 splits in FY24?

Question: Calum Battersby - Berenberg - Analyst : And then last one's quite specific, but can you just explain in slightly more detail the decision for the 17% discount rates in the technology division that causes the goodwill impairment?
