But over the next hour or so, Justin and I will do our very best to talk you through in detail our financial results for the year. I'll start by dealing with the challenges that COVID has presented our business and how we've dealt with these through our 4-pillar strategy. In particular, focusing on pillars 1 and 2 upfront as these are already complete. After that, Justin will deal with the financial results for each of our business units. And he will also talk about the balance sheet and how we've restructured our cost base. I'll then deal with pillars 3 and 4, which deal with the return of momentum to the business and how we're going to create long-term stakeholder value.
