Thank you for your interest in Capita and in our 2019 full year results. Some housekeeping. Before I start, naturally, I have to draw your attention to the legal text on this slide. Next slide, please, Stuart. So we have made good progress in 2019 even if we've not had it all our own way. I'm in no doubt that Capita is in a much stronger position today than it was, though we have much more work to do. And we have certainly laid the foundations for growth in 2020, something I'll come back to in a minute. And we've done that by improving dramatically our employee engagement....
