Question: Michael Davey - Australian Shareholders Association - Analyst
: Thanks Chairman. Yes, my name's Michael Davey. I'm representing the Australian Shareholders Association, together with two colleagues,
Malcolm Keynes and Stephen Harring. I hold 165,000 proxies for 36 shareholders representing votes given to the association. I'm also a
small shareholder in my own right.
Firstly, on behalf of shareholders, I want to, reiterate the work that the retiring Chairman, Mr. Ian Wilton, has done over 10 years of service
as a Non-Executive Director. And also, welcome Mr. Glenn Davis to the role, and we hope that he is a fruitful period for both you and we
shareholders. And please, let's not have annual general meetings when there's a test match on the elephant.
Question: Michael Davey - Australian Shareholders Association - Analyst
: I have, you asked for one question at a time, so let me start with the first one. Certainly. The purchase of Delta Agribusiness was completed
during the current financial year. You've answered some of these questions, but I'd like it heard again. How does it fit with the wider elders
business? What effect has the purchase had on the company's balance sheet? And is there any indication of the vendor's intentions when
their ship with their shares now in escrow?
Question: Michael Davey - Australian Shareholders Association - Analyst
: Thank you, Chairman. If I may, I'll go on to question two. There's been some press comment on the possible sale of Killara feedlot. Under
what conditions could this be activated?
Question: Michael Davey - Australian Shareholders Association - Analyst
: Thank you for that. Now the final one, during the last couple of years, there's been adverse comment about retention payments for Mr.
Allison. This matter has now been resolved, and we know that Mr. Allison will remain as MD and CEO until September 2026. The Annual
Report, and you've mentioned it again in your address, mentions an executive search for a successor. Would you comment on this search
process and whether Mr. Allison might continue?
Question: Michael Davey - Australian Shareholders Association - Analyst
: Thank you, Chairman.
