Question: Anthony Petrone - Mizuho Securities - Analyst : Thanks. Anthony, Mizuho. Congratulations on the data. I guess the first one would just be the level set symptomatic severe tricuspid regurgitation, how many of these patients are out there? And do you think that this data will drive earlier intervention versus optical medical therapy in the near term? And then we think of quality of life versus mortality, mortality wasn't there. But at the panel, they mentioned that the mortality rate overall of tricuspid is low. So really, the quality of life should be heavier weighted in the decision-making process, just considering again that there is lower mortality versus aortic, so how does that play out?
