...Good morning, and welcome to the 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting of Designer Brands, Inc. I am Doug Howe, Chief Executive Officer and Director of designer brands. On behalf of the Board of Directors and officers of Designer Brands is my pleasure to welcome you today. Fiscal 2023 was a year marked by new leadership and new opportunities for designer brands. Although it will take some time to see the full effects of their impact on the organization, both Laura Denk, our new President at DSW; and Andrea O'Donnell, our new brand presidents have already driven meaningful changes within our US retail operations, we updated certain strategic focus areas, including revitalizing our assortment, refreshing our marketing strategy and improving our shopping experience, both in stores and online. While we are earlier in our journey with respect to our brand portfolio, the team has begun to find leverage and efficiencies in the business and across infrastructure that is shared with our retail segments....
