Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: <_ALACRA_META_ABSTRACT>Thank you. So for those who may not be as familiar with Cullinan, can you provide a brief introduction?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. You touched upon this briefly, but I guess before we dive into your pipeline, can you just give an overview of your strategic approach to
drug discovery process and what differentiates it from other companies.
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: And you mentioned that 978 has basically expanded Cullinan Oncology to Cullinan Therapeutics. Can you just talk a bit about the expertise you
have in house in the autoimmune space.
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. But let's dig more CLN-978. Can you just talk about this asset and how it's differentiated from other autoimmune disease candidates like
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. Well last night, there were two letters the editor published in the New England Journal of Medicine on the clinical activity of [daclizumab]
in patients with refractory autoimmune diseases. What are your takeaways from those cases?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. Can you just talk about your choice of lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Has your two lead indications and what data that you've seen are
generated that gives you confidence for these indications?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Now in your initial studies for RA you focusing on refractory patients -- we will you be focusing on specific sub-groups and SLE, like, what would
your expectations be for each?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. What can you share on the dosing ranges or schedules that you're going to evaluate for the two indications and would you expect them to
be much different from each other?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: And so as you run these studies, if you look at the Phase 1 in lupus, what do you see as kind of the bar ultimately in terms of efficacy relative to
CAR-T?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: I would say that as you continue to advance these programs until for lupus like have given into advances like T-cell engagers, what do you you
think the bar on efficacy?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: And I know it's still a bit early, but I mean could you just talk about how you think about 978 potentially fitting into the treatment paradigm in
terms of sequencing amongst the autoimmune therapies in the future?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. And I know this perhaps premature to ask, but maybe you can just talk about your thoughts of 978 and other autoimmune disease. Is the
plan to expand 978 into other indications as well? Or would you do that through other pipeline candidates?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Let's just to CLN-619. You recently presented updated monotherapy and initial combination data at ASCO in June. Can you just walk us through
the data and what you saw?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. The first half of next year, I think you will be reporting initial data from endometrial and cervical cancers.
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: And so how do you think about the bar for success for those data? And what would you consider to be good results?
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. Maybe in the last couple of minutes. Just one last question on zipalertinib. In the beginning, you mentioned that there's you have an abstract
presentation at ESMO. Maybe you can just talk a little bit about that, what we should expect to see.
Question: Jeff Hung - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Great. Let's leave it there. Thanks so much for your time.
