...So let's get started here. Good morning, I'm Chuck Swoboda, Cree's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and President, and I would like to welcome you to our annual shareholders meeting. We appreciate your attendance today. And before we begin, I would like to introduce our Board members and ask that each of them stand as I call their names. First of all, Dr. John Palmour, one of Cree's founders and our Executive Vice President for Advanced Devices; Dolph Von Arx, retired Chairman and CEO of Planter's-Life Savers; Jim Dykes, formerly President and CEO of Philips Signetics; Dr. Robert Potter, President and CEO of R.J. Potter Company, and formerly President and CEO of Datapoint Corporation; Harvey Wagner, President and CEO of Quovadx; Clyde Hosein, CFO of Integrated Device Technology; and Tom Warner, CEO of SunPower Corporation.
