On behalf of your Board of Directors, all of whom are joining us virtually today, I would like to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Stockholders Meeting. Consistent with recommended safe practices, we're conducting this meeting in a virtual manner with proper social distancing. I want to begin this year's meeting by thanking all 34,000 Colgate employees around the world for their tireless efforts over the past year. The COVID pandemic had a tremendous impact on the lives of Colgate people over the past 12 months -- impacts on their work, home, family and communities.
