Question: Matt Kaplan - Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Yes, that would be great. Thanks, Andy, for the detailed overview of Cogent. And congrats on getting the Apex study up and going, I know that
was one of your key goals for the first half of the year. Just wanted to start where you ended a little bit. One of the things that you've been working
hard on is building out the research team and the executive management team as well, but give us a sense in terms of your vision for the research
team and what you are building at Cogent and where you want to take it. Obviously, you've got your lead asset Bezuclastinib, but what are you
building?
Question: Matt Kaplan - Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: That's great, kind of getting the band back together a little bit, but good stuff. Let's focus on Bezuclastinib a little bit. And I guess, currently, as you
mentioned, there are several approved -- FDA-approved treatments for GIST. Tell us a little bit about why you consider Bezuclastinib and its
combination with sunitinib potentially more effective and where it can play a role in the unmet need there in GIST.
Question: Matt Kaplan - Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Okay, that's very helpful. And then in the time remaining, I just wanted to shift gears a little bit to systemic mastocytosis. Help us understand in
terms of the Apex study how we should think about serum tryptase as an indicator of effectiveness and what we should be looking for there as
you start to read out some data.
Question: Matt Kaplan - Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. - Analyst
: Great. Well, Andy, thank you. I think we are running up against the clock here, but thanks for the added detail and I really appreciate your participation
in the conference. Congrats on the progress this year and looking forward to the readouts coming up in the relative near term.
