...Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Michael O'Keeffe, and I'm the Executive Chairman of Champion Iron. And I'll be serving as the Chair of today's meeting. It's now 7:00 AM in Sydney and 5:00 PM in Montreal, and I welcome you all to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the company. I'm advised we have quorum being two registered shareholders, and as such, I now declare the Annual General Meeting open. Joining me today are the directors, including five directors attending in person, Mr. David Cataford on my left, our Chief Executive Officer; Michelle Cormier; Ms. Louise Grondin; Jessica McDonald, Mr. Ronnie Beevor all the way from Australia; and Mr. Gary Lawler via webcast.
