Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Steven, excuse me. This is Charles.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: May I ask you a quick question about LEMS and oncologists? Are oncologists aware that this is a high burden symptom for their patients with lung
cancer?
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: So your ultimate goal is to help oncologists understand this as high burden. How is the education effort going so far?
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: And last question before we get into FYCOMPA. When you think about the growth opportunities for FIRDAPSE, are you most excited about small
cell lung cancer patients and being able to access those? I mean, you mentioned 800 or so patients have been diagnosed with LEMS, but are not
yet on drug. Are you most excited about the broader LEMS patient population?

Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Okay. And then finally -- I said finally in the last one, but I have another finally question, which is -- how about ex-US opportunities?
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Okay. Thank you. Proceed with FYCOMPA.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: I'll interrupt again.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: This is a place I'm going to interrupt, FYCOMPA. Let's talk about that. You said that in the first half, it added $62 million. I'm going to assume in the
second half, it's also additive. But you also mentioned that in May of '25, I believe the IP goes away. So I guess the question is, in epilepsy generally,
and with FYCOMPA specifically, do you anticipate it to be rapidly genericized? If not, why?
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Yep. You also mentioned, though, beyond the challenge of switching and seizure control, retention rate. You already have some feedback from
patients on drug that they prefer the drug beyond seizure control.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Yeah. Help us understand how FYCOMPA has synergies with your existing LEMS sales force.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: And then, of course, the back office in terms of reimbursement, support, et cetera.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Sure. Got it. Why don't we talk about vamorolone and the future?
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Steve, that's a good segue. You're a scientist. I saw on your title it said Chief Scientific Officer. Why were you excited about this? What is a dissociated
anti-inflammatory steroid? How could it be very different?
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: So let's talk about those clinical findings. What was it that excited you? Why do you think it'll get approved? And more importantly, why do you
think it'll remain a cornerstone of therapy, particularly in a new era of gene therapy for DMD?

Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Four. Four questions.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Yeah. Well, and unfortunately, they are young boys and they become active once they have the gene therapy, if it's working, and that creates
inflammation. Yeah. So, sorry to interrupt.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Proceed. We've got a minute.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: It's very helpful, Steven. I appreciate you laying that out in detail. Any last-minute thoughts in terms of, if we're sitting here in a year talking, what
are we going to be most proud to hear, or what are you going to be most proud to talk to us about in terms of value creation for Catalyst?
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Well, and in the next year, I'll be happy to congratulate Pat on his near-term retirement.
Question: Charles Duncan - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst
: Great job. Thank you, Steven. Thank you to the audience for your interest. Thanks.
