Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Great. So let's start with some questions about the platform and the technologies, specifically related to your cell therapy program. I think this is a space where companies have traditionally all been viewed under the same umbrella around stem and cell therapies. So, could you please walk through the differentiated profile of CAP-1002, which consists of allogeneic cardiosphere-derived cells that work to secrete exosomes?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. Great. Thanks. So let's talk about some of these indications that you're looking at. So when considering the number of pathways, the mechanism of action plays a role in that impact inflammation, fibrosis, oxidative stress, cellular energy, and muscle cell generation. Why do you believe that this could be a beneficial treatment for those patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy? And which patient segment do you anticipate this could be appropriate for?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. And I want to discuss that point a little bit deeper. So we understand that steroids remain one of the standard of care options, and of course, the antisense oligonucleotide therapies are approved for those particular patients who have specific exon skipping. But since you are looking to show improvements across these key cardiac and muscular endpoints, could you help people understand where CAP-1002 could fit in related to some of these other regimens? And which endpoints in particular, do you believe the greatest level of unmet need remain for? REFINITIV STREETEVENTS | www.refinitiv.com | Contact Us consent of Refinitiv. Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. Thank you. And then could you please remind us how many patients you've evaluated CAP-1002 for in your Phase 1/2 and Phase 2 studies? And what were some of the main clinical efficacy and safety measures observed, including the findings on upper limb and cardiac function?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Great. Thanks. And then you recently guided that an end of Phase 2 meeting took place with the FDA, and you're planning to move into Phase 3 development. What are you able to share with us at this time regarding the trial design?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : So based on the evidence you've generated to date and the rationale of the mechanism of action, what do you think the market is either misunderstanding or missing as it relates to the potential of just this program? And how do you think about the total addressable market opportunity?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Great. Thank you for that. So with the same candidate, you conducted some compassionate use studies in the setting of COVID-19 patients. Notably, a majority were requiring ventilator support. So could you please walk us through the mechanism -- mechanistic rationale here, and some of the key published findings? And what do you hope to achieve in your Phase 2 study?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. And where do you think that exosomes could show the most benefit as an RNA drug delivery system versus other people relative to the durability, safety, and efficacy profiles? And for example, three benefits that I know you've described in the past related to exosomes are they are less immunogenic, less toxic, and more able to cross the blood-brain barrier.

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Thank you. And just on that note, maybe can you share some of the preclinical findings related to the COVID-19 vaccine and as well as your consideration? I think you noted that you are considering previously vaccinated adults in a booster-type setting.

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. Thanks. And you do have a pipeline of multiple earlier stage candidates, which haven't been disclosed outside of SARS-CoV-2 and DMD. But maybe just broadly speaking, where do you see the greatest potential to evaluate these therapies in some of the short and long-term goals for the company?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. Great. Thanks. And what are some of the key catalysts and milestones you believe should be on investor radars over these next 12 months?

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. And lastly, I'd like to open the floor to you to see if you had any further takeaways you think our listeners should be aware of.

Question: Kristen Kluska - Cantor Fitzgerald - Analyst : Okay. Great. Well, thank you so much. Really appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions and tell us more about your company. And thanks so much to the listeners as well. I hope everybody has a good day.
