I have, to my right, Fred Lissalde, who's the CEO; and we have Patrick Kevin Nowlan, who is the EVP and CFO of the company. BorgWarner is a leading supplier of engineering systems and components, primarily for automotive powertrain applications. The company recently announced the split of its fuel systems and aftermarket business into a separate company, which will be a separate stock called PHINIA. BorgWarner is retaining the air management, the e-Propulsion, the drivetrain, the battery system.
