He recently retired from his business development role with innovation, training, employment careers ITeC, which he held for over 30 years, where he leaves a fabulous legacy by helping launch hundreds of Aboriginal business startups, and support them on their journey to becoming successful businesses. Richard is also a former employee of BlueScope, having worked at the Port Kembla steelworks on the plant for the 10 years prior to that.
