: I'll take a question first I got by email, Erica and then we'll take the question from the audience. I have a question here Yvette about, the question
is fairly bland like what actually in terms of products leads to growth? Is this is just like the next evolution of technology, what makes like the
incremental revenues -- going in what you've described. If you have a move to software, is that your technology migrating to software, but what
can make us confident, we can expect growth in that transition as well?

in July 2015 and lots of changes taking place, and I'm just curious what you're seeing in the organization. How things have sort of changed
dramatically. Has Chuck has sort of taken the company in the group in and sort of more aggressive upward direction.
