Just curious what is the minimum placebo adjusted Delta needed on it? ADAS-Cog and ADL for GST to be static, how small of a trend can we afford to see on both of these secondary endpoints for GST to be static?

Question: Craig McLean - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. - Analyst : Good afternoon. Can you all hear me? So I guess a Dr. Porsteinsson, from your experience managing patients up, do you see correlations between the decline in ADS-Cog and ADL typically?

Maybe just one more than as you mentioned, you had an independent analysis of the LIFT-AD data and analyze the data and kind of an unblinded manner and determined you could continue to study how did they establish futility for this study? Was that criterion there? Could you provide a little bit more detail?

How are you going to use this drug around the cholinesterase inhibitors, given the interference, does the ethreira clinical package have to tell you that or are the acetylcholinesterase drugs or do you give them to everyone. And so this would be a second drug or are they not interesting and this is it's easy to push them out just going into the clinical data how high is the bar for these things to be used first?
