...Good morning, and welcome to the Applied DNA Special Meeting of Stockholder. I am Beth Jantzen, Chief Financial Officer of Applied DNA and Chairperson of this Special Meeting. Dr. James Hayward, our Chairman and CEO, is unable to attend this Special Meeting due to matters unrelated to the company. It is my pleasure to welcome you to this Special Meeting, which reconvenes the Special Meeting held initially on January 23, 2025, which was adjourned and reconvened on February 14, 2025. I would like to introduce you to the directors and management members who are present at this morning's meeting. We are very pleased to have the directors of the company on the call today.
