...Good afternoon. It is 12:00 PM, and I hereby convene the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Allurion Technologies, Inc., and call it to order. I'm Omar Ishrak, Co-Chairman of Allurion's Board of Directors. On behalf of myself and the other members of the company's Board of Directors and executive officers, welcome to our 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The other members of our Board of Directors are my Co-Chair, Krishna Gupta; Michael Davin; Doug Hudson; Milena Alberti-Perez; Nick Lewin; Keith Johns; and Shantanu Gaur, who also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. The members of the executive management team with us today are Brendan Gibbons, our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary; and Tara Brady, our Interim Chief Financial Officer. I'm also pleased to welcome Brian Emrick of Deloitte & Touche LLP, our independent registered public accounting firm.
