Question: Tom Shrader - BTIG - Analyst
: Good morning. Thanks for the update. Maybe you can walk through this trial design a little bit. Maybe it's a chamber trial where everyone gets
vehicle and then a second chamber trial where half the people get vehicle. What are they -- what's the FDA trying to get out of that? And how does
the first trial or the first chamber trial contribute? How's this essentially standard deviations calculated? Is that what comes from the first trial? I'm
just -- for the first chamber experience. I'm just a little confused at what this trial is designed to get at?
Question: Tom Shrader - BTIG - Analyst
: I guess I haven't thought about it enough, but what fraction of people failed to run-in trial.
Question: Tom Shrader - BTIG - Analyst
: Okay.
Question: Tom Shrader - BTIG - Analyst
: Got it. Great. Thanks for the detail.
Question: Francois Brisebois - Oppenheimer & Co. - Analyst
: All right. Thanks for taking the question. I just had a quick one here. A couple of quick ones. Can you just talk about on slide 5. Can you just maybe
give a little more color on the slope here and just the clinical meaningfulness of the differences between the slopes and in terms of I understand
the first dose is prior to the chamber. But is it --how do you feel about the slopes being similar, I guess, before the second dose between the two?
Question: Francois Brisebois - Oppenheimer & Co. - Analyst
: Okay, great. And in terms of the chosen symptom of ocular discomfort, how much was discussed with the FDA? Was this something you got to
pick up? Just why that one?
Question: Francois Brisebois - Oppenheimer & Co. - Analyst
: Understood. Thank you.
Question: Yale Jen - Laidlaw & Company - Analyst
: Good morning and thanks for taking the questions. I thought just two quick ones. First, is that earlier anything you guys had talked about a possibility
of a FDA. Would you -- would that still be anything possible or do you feel that not necessarily at this moment?
And then I have a follow-up.
Question: Yale Jen - Laidlaw & Company - Analyst
: Okay, great. And maybe a follow-up here. Is that as we note at the was the part the to be part of the deals. And any discussion with them, though,
from your vantage point, what's your thought about how the collaboration today's collaboration is at this point. And thanks.
Question: Yale Jen - Laidlaw & Company - Analyst
: Okay, great. That's very helpful and thank you. Appreciate it.
