The principal items of business for this meeting are one, to elect Vishwas Seshadri and Leila Alland as Class II directors to hold office for a term of three years and until their successors are elected and qualified. Two, to approve an increase in the number of shares reserved for issuance under the amended and restated Abeona Therapeutics, Inc. 2023 equity incentive plan from 1.7 million to 3.2 million shares.
