The Scorelogix Finance and Insurance Job Security Index increased by 4.5% or 3.0 points (MOM) in October 2012 when compared to September 2012 and increased by 26.6% or 14.5 points (YOY) in October 2012 when compared to October 2011. The trajectory of the Finance and Insurance Job Security Index over the past year has been generally upwards and positive; with an occasional drop in JSI every few months. This month?s index showed a slight increase. With the continued regulatory and compliance pressures and tight lending standards, Scorelogix predicts a slight to moderate increase in the Finance and Insurance sector job security for the next several months.
