The Scorelogix Manufacturing Job Security Index increased by 5.0% (MOM) or 2.8 points in January 2013 when compared to December 2012 and increased by nearly 51.5% (YOY) or 19.6 points in January 2013 compared to January 2012. After decreasing in November in 2012, the index increases slightly by 5.0% this month. The index indicates future recoveries in the manufacturing sector since government makes efforts to bring manufacturing jobs back from international markets.
