Abstract:

Global chemical production increased by 3.3% compared to year-ago levels in Q4 2014, a slowdown from 3.9% in the previous quarter. On a regional basis, growth in the developed world rose by 1.5% year-on-year in Q4 2014, unchanged from Q3, whilst emerging markets saw output growth slip to 5.3% from 6.6% in the previous quarter.
