iShares Core 5-10 Year USD Bond ETF Rated 'BB+f/S3'

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 3, 2016--S&P Global Ratings today said it assigned its 'BB+f' fund credit quality rating and 'S3' fund volatility rating on the iShares Core 5-10 Year USD Bond ETF. BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA), the fund's investment adviser, is a subsidiary of BlackRock Inc. As of Sept. 30, 2016, BlackRock's assets under management totaled more than US$5.1 trillion across equity, fixed income, cash management, alternative investment, real estate, and advisory strategies. State Street Bank&Trust Co. is the administrator, custodian, and transfer agent for the fund. BlackRock Investments LLC, a subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., is the fund's distributor.
