Abstract:

NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 12, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned 12 various ratings to six different fmsbonds Inc.'s series 2015-XF trust floater certificates and residual certificates (collectively the receipts). (Please see the table below.) These trusts are issued under the common document initiative using net liquidity. For these transactions, fmsbonds Inc. is both the trustor and trust administrator. Morgan Stanley Bank N.A. is the liquidity provider. The receipts were formerly issued under individual trusts by Morgan Stanley&Co. LLC Trust or Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. The CUSIPs associated with the former floater certificates and residual certificates will remain the same. However, fmsbonds will transfer the underlying bonds to the new individual trusts and issue new receipts.
