...April 12, 2023 MELBOURNE (S&P Global Ratings) April 13, 2023--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its '###' long-term issue rating to the A$350 million sustainability-linked medium-term notes (MTN) that Worley Financial Services Pty Ltd. has issued. The five-year senior unsecured notes have a fixed coupon of 5.95%. Worley Ltd. (###/Stable/--) and its relevant subsidiaries will guarantee the notes issued from Worley Ltd.'s US$2 billion guaranteed MTN program. The notes will rank equally with all other senior unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the group. Australia-based Worley, which provides professional services globally to the energy, chemical and resources sectors, will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing debt. The notes have a sustainability performance target to reduce the company's absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by fiscal 2025.
