...February 17, 2021 NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 17, 2021--S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##' long-term rating to Wisconsin's $301.815 million general obligation (GO) refunding bonds of 2021, series 3 (federally taxable). At the same time, we affirmed our '##' long-term rating on the state's GO debt outstanding. The outlook is stable. We also affirmed our '##-' ratings on the state's appropriation-backed debt outstanding, our 'A+' ratings on other bonds backed by the state's moral obligation pledge, and our 'A' rating on the Wisconsin Center District appropriation bonds (Milwaukee Arena Project) outstanding. "The outlook on all outstanding long-term ratings is stable," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Thomas Zemetis.
