U.S.-based weight-management services provider Weight Watchers International Inc. (WWI) is seeking to extend a portion of its senior secured term loan facilities. We have affirmed our ratings on Weight Watchers International Inc., including the 'BB' corporate credit rating, and assigned our 'BB+' issue ratings to the company's proposed credit facilities. The stable outlook reflects our belief that the company will continue to maintain credit measures at or close to current levels in the near term.
