The bonds are scheduled to sell Oct. 31, 2000. The outlook is stable. In addition, Standard&Poor's raised its rating on the town's $1.12 million GO bonds series 1988 and 1998 and $8.06 million GO bonds series 1997 due Aug. 15, 2001-2017, to double-'A' from double-'A'-minus.
