Trinity Health continues to make progress on construction of a new six-story replacement hospital for its flagship campus in Minot. Following several significant setbacks that led to the transition to a new contractor, leadership is effectively navigating construction activities reporting that the project is progressing according to the updated budget and completion date. While construction risks and execution challenges exist, we believe management can adequately mitigate these risks while remaining focused on keeping earnings and cash flow on track.
