WG Partners Acquisition LLC

WG Partners Acquisition LLC is a holding company (HoldCo) with a portfolio of six operating companies (OpCos) that comprise 12 gas-fired power plants in the U.S. and Trinidad and Tobago. Collectively, these plants have about 1,502 megawatts (MW) of total generation capacity. The assets have off-take contracts of varying durations that provide contracted revenue payments. Upon expiration of the respective power purchase agreement (PPA), each project will be exposed to merchant pricing dynamics.
