BOSTON (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 1, 2019--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its 'CCC-' issue-level rating and '6' recovery rating on Vyaire Medical Inc.'s second-lien debt at the issuer's request. All of our other ratings on Vyaire, including the 'CCC+' issuer credit rating and our 'CCC+' issue-level rating and '3' recovery rating on the company's first-lien credit facility, are unaffected by this announcement.
