NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) May 14, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'BBB+' issue-level rating to Peachtree Corners Funding Trust II ?s (PCFT II) proposed precapitalized trust securities (P-Caps). PCFT II was set up by Voya Financial Inc. (Voya) exclusively for the purpose of issuing these P-Caps and must hold the proceeds of the issuance in a portfolio of principal or interest strips of U.S. Treasury securities. The P-Caps must be redeemed on May 15, 2035. We view the rating on the P-Caps as linked to the 'BBB+' issuer credit rating (ICR) on Voya.
