Abstract:

LONDON (Standard&Poor's) May 28, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it corrected by reinstating its 'A-' rating on Volkswagen International Finance N.V.'s $950 million senior unsecured bond, due Nov. 20, 2014, guaranteed by Volkswagen AG. We had withdrawn the rating in error on May 21, 2014. In addition, we corrected by withdrawing the 'A-' rating on Volkswagen International Finance's $150 million senior unsecured bond, due May 20, 2014, guaranteed by Volkswagen AG.
