TORONTO (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 8, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said it assigned its 'A+/A-1' commercial paper (CP) rating to Visa Inc.'s $3 billion CP notes. The program allows for issues with maturities of up to 397 days (and hence, we are assigning a long-term rating in addition to the customary short-term CP rating). RATINGS LIST Visa Inc.
