Abstract:

ENGLEWOOD (S&P Global Ratings) March 13, 2023--S&P Global Ratings placed some long-term and underlying ratings on the local governments and public utility issuers (of tax-secured debt) identified in the list below on CreditWatch with negative implications. These ratings have been placed on CreditWatch because we have yet to receive fiscal 2021 financial statements from these issuers. We consider the financial statements necessary to maintain and assess our ratings on these issuers. Accordingly, these ratings are now at risk of being withdrawn, preceded by any change to the rating we consider appropriate given available information, if we do not receive fiscal 2021 financial statements within 30 days.
