NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 6, 2024--S&P Global Ratings today took various actions on its fund credit quality ratings (FCQRs) on five iShares fixed-income exchange-traded funds (ETFs). We had placed the FCQRs on these funds under criteria observation (UCO) on July 26, 2024, following the publication of our new criteria (see "Fund Credit Quality Ratings Methodology"). We had not placed our fund volatility ratings (FVRs) on these fixed-income funds under criteria observation. The UCO label on the FCQRs has now been removed following the conclusion of our review under the changed criteria. We raised the FCQR on the iShares Core Total USD Bond Market ETF by one notch to 'BBBf' from 'BBB-f' and affirmed the 'S3' FVR because the
