We raised our rating on the class B-1-R2 debt from Columbia Cent CLO 30 Ltd. and removed it from CreditWatch positive. We also lowered our ratings on class D-R2 and E debt and removed them from CreditWatch negative. We affirmed our rating on the class A-1-R2, A-2-R2, B-2-R2, and C-R2 debt from the same transaction. The upgrades reflect improved overcollateralization ratios because of senior debt paydowns since our Oct 2025 rating actions, while the downgrades reflect insufficient support at the prior rating levels. The affirmed ratings reflect our view that the credit support available is commensurate with the current rating level.
