Abstract:

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 3, 2018--S&P Global Ratings has taken various rating actions on 146 tender-option bond trust issues for George K. Baum&Co., FMS bonds Inc., Mesirow Municipal Funding, Mesirow Financial Inc., Eagle Tax-Exempt Trust, and Taxable XF-B Series Trust related to various underlying bonds. These rating actions follow various rating actions taken by S&P Global Ratings upon the application of its recently released criteria, titled "Priority-Lien Tax Revenue Debt," published Oct. 22, 2018, on RatingsDirect. In summary, S&P Global Ratings raised the ratings on five issues and lowered the ratings on 141 issues. The long-term rating on the custodial receipts for series 2015-XF1045 jointly reflects the rating on the underlying bonds and credit enhancement provided
