Abstract:

We reviewed 10 CarMax Auto Owner Trust transactions backed by pools of prime retail auto loans originated by CarMax Business Services LLC. We also reviewed the CarMax Select Receivables Trust 2024-A and 2025-B transactions, which are backed by pools of subprime retail auto loans originated by CarMax Business Services LLC. We raised our ratings on 28 classes and affirmed our ratings on 36 classes from the 12 transactions. The rating actions reflect our views regarding each transaction's future collateral performance, structure, credit enhancement, and revised cumulative net loss expectations, among other factors. NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 28, 2026--S&P Global Ratings today raised its ratings on 21 classes and affirmed its ratings on 33 other classes from CarMax Auto
