OVERVIEW We have reviewed E-MAC Program II Compartment NL 2007-IV by conducting our credit and cash flow analysis under our updated Dutch RMBS criteria. Following our review, we have affirmed our rating on the class A notes. At the same time, we have lowered our ratings on the class B, C, and D notes. E-MAC Program II Compartment NL 2007-IV is a Dutch RMBS transaction, which closed in October 2007, and securitizes first-ranking mortgage loans originated by CMIS Nederland (previously GMAC-RFC Nederland).
