FRANKFURT (Standard&Poor's) March 8, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it took various rating actions on hybrid instruments issued by members of the Commerzbank group. We raised the issue rating on debt issued by Dresdner Funding Trust IV (Dresdner FT IV) to 'A-' from 'CCC'. At the same time, we lowered the issue ratings on hybrid Tier 1 instruments issued by Eurohypo Capital Funding Trust II (Eurohypo FT II) to 'C' from 'CC'. We also lowered the issue ratings on hybrid Tier 1 instruments issued by Commerzbank Capital Funding Trust I, II, and III (Commerzbank I-III) to 'CC' from 'CCC'. We affirmed the 'CCC' issue ratings on hybrid Tier 1 instruments issued by Dresdner Funding Trust
