Van Lanschot Kempen N.V. Mortgage Covered Bond Ratings Affirmed Following Approved Amendments; Outlook Stable

On Oct. 6, 2023, a bondholders' meeting approved the conversion of Van Lanschot Kempen's single conditional pass-through covered bond into a soft-bullet covered bond and its transfer from the conditional pass-through to the soft-bullet covered bond program, with the effective implementation date being today. We affirmed our 'AAA' ratings on Van Lanschot Kempen's soft-bullet covered bond program and on the three covered bonds now outstanding. Furthermore, we assigned a stable outlook to the rating on the converted covered bond, in line with the outlook on the ratings on the two covered bonds that were already outstanding.
