S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating to 'A' from 'A-' on the Colorado Health Facilities Authority's series 2018 refunding revenue bonds and series 2015 and 2017 hospital revenue bonds, issued for Valley View Hospital (VVH). The outlook is stable. Gross revenue of the hospital secures the bonds. For only the 2015 bonds, a mortgage on the main hospital facility also secures the bonds. The upgrade reflects our view of VVH's favorable operating performance and strong cash flows, which have led to balance sheet accretion.
