CENTENNIAL (S&P Global Ratings) April 30, 2021--S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'BBB' long-term rating on Iowa Higher Education Loan Authority's series 2011 private college facility revenue refunding bonds, issued on behalf of the University of Dubuque (UD). "The revised outlook reflects our opinion of the university's improved available resource metrics, in fiscal 2020, which provided support to the rating despite the pandemic," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Amber Schafer.
